Daniel Hulme
Labor
Yes

"As someone who has worked in the public service recently, albeit the Australian Public Service, and represented workers in that service as a union delegate, I can appreciate the contribution of public servants to our society and the important work that they do. As per the response you received from the Premier of Tasmania, Hon. David Bartlett MP, I am happy to commit to the principles of the CPSU’s Public Services @ Work policy. Unlike the Liberals - who when last in government sacked public servants en masse including 1700 health professionals - Labor has a track record of looking after our hard-working public servants and ensuring decent pay, conditions and job security. I congratulate you on this initiative and look forward to working with all public sector unions as a Member for Franklin in a re-elected Bartlett Labor Government"

David O'Byrne
